3. Booking & Cancellations

Appointments made via the MedCare platform can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the stipulated time without any charges. Late cancellations will be subject to a nominal fee to compensate the medical professionals blocking their calendars.

4. Payment Policy

Online payments are managed through a securely integrated 3rd-party payment gateway. Your highly sensitive card details are never stored within the basic server clusters of MedCare directly.
